Installation and use of the Midea front loading washing machine

Before placing the washing machine, choose a place near the water source, a power source, not moist and have a flat surface.

              

Remove all packing / cardboard.

Remove the four tube safety screws so that when used later the washing machine does not vibrate violently.

Adjust the position of the stand, fix it if it is less stable by adjusting the foot support unit. Make sure the machine is standing stable and not rocking.

Install the inlet hose in the faucet and make sure the water pressure from the tap has a fairly hard pressure (from the water pump or upper water reservoir). The other end (which has a bend) is attached to the washing machine.

If the tap connection uses a bolt lock, then remove the adapter from the hose, then loosen the lock, insert the end of the adapter into the tap, then tighten the 4 locking bolts in a crossed sequence, tighten the adapter bolts and attach the water hose. Open the tap, and make sure there are no leaks in the water supply hose connection.

The water drain for the front loading washing machine is equipped with a small electric pump ± 34 watts (drain pump). The end of the hose from the drain pump must be directed up first, in contrast to the washing machine of the twin tub type or the top loading which must be really smooth downward (gravity).

If the end of the drain hose is placed in the sink, the maximum height of the sink is 1m, if it is more than 1m

then the possibility of drain pump cannot push the water out, or maybe the drain pump component

will get into trouble sooner.

Source of electricity

• For personal safety, this washing machine must be planted. This washing machine is equipped with a power cable 'A' which has a ground 'B' plug.
• To reduce the possibility of electric shock, the cable must be inserted into a wall socket that has ground 'C' If the socket is not available, the customer's personal responsibility and obligation to have a grounded wall socket is correct, and can be paired by people who understand electricity.
• The power source for the washing machine unit should not be one / united with other electrical equipment.
• Avoid using an outlet with a cable / extension connection.

Parts of the washing machine unit

                        a. Cover bolt locking packing bolt holes on the back of the washing machine.

                         b. Inlet hose.

                         c. Support / support of drainage hose.

Explanation of how much washing load

A line as high as ¾ of the part on the glass door of the front loading washing machine unit, is the maximum limit of the dry cloth laundry load in each washing process. Charging the load above the dividing line is not recommended.

Make sure foreign objects such as coins, pins, needles etc. do not come into the washing machine with clothes.

Insert small clothes into a cloth basket, so that the clothes are not scattered or possibly tucked into a tube.

Use of detergents and softener

Enter detergent. It is recommended to use a special detergent washing machine for maximum washing results.

Choose the type of softener that is not too thick, or mix the softener with a little water, so that more

runny.

There are 4 choices of washing packages based on the type of fabric that can be selected by rotating the switch selector, namely:

a) COTTON for cotton fabric

    There is a choice of washing with cold water and heated water 40C, 60C, 90C.

b) SYNTHETIC for clothing made from synthetic materials.

    There is a choice of washing with cold water and heated water 40C, 60C.

c) DELICATE for clothing made of fibrous fabrics such as silk.

    There is a choice of washing with water heated to 30⁰c.

d) WOOL for clothing with wool fabrics.

    There is a choice of washing with cold water and 40⁰c heated water.

e) QUICK WASH

    Fast washing for 33 minutes (wash-rinse) with 30⁰c water regulator.

f) Manual Wash

    Wash process only, without heating water and water discharge

g) Rinse's Manual

    Rinse process only (2x flushing) without heating water

h) Drain Manual

    The process of water disposal only

i) Manual Spin

    The process of extortion alone and water disposal.

Each washing program package (based on the type of fabric) will run the washing process, then rinsing and squeezing.

Key Functions on the panel

1.  Rotary switches to turn on and turn off the washing machine unit. a) If the rotary switch is in the "STOP" position, it means the washing machine unit is off (OFF) b) Turn the rotary switch to the position of the washing program that is desired to select the washing program and turn on (ON) the washing machine unit.
2. SPEED button Functions to regulate the speed of rotation of the drum during the squeeze process, can be set according to the user's will consists of 500,700,1000 Rpm and or No Spin that does not occur spin process at the end of washing (0 Rpm). In general the RPM standard is actually already in Settings from the factory for each type of fabric, like one example, that is, in the washing program the wool cloth cannot use 1000Rpm.
3. Function 2 BABY CARE button, which is an additional function that serves to maintain the softness of the fabric as an example in baby clothes. LESS IRON, which is an additional function that functions so that clothes are not too tangled / stiff, in the last rinsing process there is no drainage and extortion.
4. ECOWASH Function 1 button, is the second additional function that saves ± 20% of water and electricity usage, so that the washing process becomes faster. INTENSIVE, serves to wash clothes that are considered dirty or the washing must be longer as an example of washing jeans.
5. The Prewash button works to add preliminary washing, so before entering the main washing process, before there is additional washing, if the prewash function is activated, the detergent in the prewash container must be filled.
6. Start / Pause button to start the operation of washing machine unit washing function. After the program has finished setting, to start the washing process in the washing machine, simply press the start / pause button once, and the unit will start functioning by starting with the first drain to drain the tube, preventing the remaining washing water from remaining. After the drainage is complete, it is only when the filling of water passes through the water valve automatically enters the detergent container.
7. Led indicator lights serve as information, regarding the ongoing washing process, the blinking LED is the washing process that is running.

Wash for the first time

• Each new washing machine unit, should not be directly used to wash clothes, because it is feared there are dusts from the rest of the production activities that can cause stains on clothing.
• Connect the power chord to the electrical socket, preferably the power source for the washing machine does not become one with other electrical devices.
• Enter the detergent (type matic) to taste, into the detergent and make sure the door is closed.
• Water filling function test - Washing round - water discharge - spin spin.
• Position the selector switch to the "Wash" or "Rinse" position, and then press the "Start / Pause" button.
• After sufficient water, make sure the motor rotates to drive the washing machine drum.
• Let the unit operate for ± 5 to 10 minutes, then press the "Start / Pause" button and move the selector switch to the "Spin" position then press "Start / Pause".
• Make sure the unit can do drainage / drain.
• During the "Spin" process, make sure the unit does not cause excessive vibration and or noise due to the placement or position of the unit.
• When finished, unplug the power source and turn off the water source.

Summary

For normal washing, turn the switch to synthetic 'cold' position - then 'start'.

The numbers 30, 40, 60, 90 show the amount of temperature setting, so that when it is selected, the heater will run and requires considerable power.
