The way the front loading washing machine works is basically the same as the top loading washing machine (top opening). The difference is only in the washing system, that is if the top loading washing method is rotating the laundry horizontally, while the front loading washing system is washing the laundry vertically. But because of the difference in the system that ultimately affects the results of washing and design which ultimately affect the price problem. The advantage of top loading washing machines compared to front loading is at a cheaper price because the design is simpler. But more water usage because the laundry must be submerged all to get cleaner laundry results. While the front loading washing machine has many advantages over the top loading washing machine which is saving water, laundry is relatively cleaner because the laundry is rotated vertically imitating the manual washing process (such as slamming), laundry is not wrapped around etc. But the weakness is a more complicated design that makes the price more expensive.
Supporting Components
The components used by this washing machine are basically almost the same as those used in the top loading washing machine. Namely controller module (36), Pressure switch (37), Motor (43), Drain pump (41), door lock (39), water heater (42), inlet valve (34).
Control Module, its function is to regulate the entire washing process in the washing machine, start washing, rinsing or drying.
Pressure switches, their function is to detect the presence of water based on the pressure.
Motor, serves as a washing machine
Drain Pump, serves to pump water out of the washing machine.
Heater, its function is to heat water in the washing machine for the washing process using hot water.
Door Lock, serves to lock the washing machine door during the washing process as a safety during the washing process.
Inlet Valve, serves to regulate the entry of water according to the controller's order.
