Washing Machine Damage 2 and 1 Tube

      2 TUBE WASHING MACHINES

 It was said that the washing machine was two tubes due to the separate washing and drying parts, either the tub (tube) or the motor dynamo. As for the kinds of damage and the handlers I will try to discuss on this occasion.

*TOTALLY DEAD
=> Check the AC power cord / plug, fuse, timer2 and the cable that goes to the timer or the dynamo. Often the cables break because they are bitten by a mouse.

* NYETRUM
=> Check if there are leaks in the dryer as seal or the gearbox axles on the washers. Generally the electrocution problem on the washing machine is due to the dynamo that has water dripping from the leaky seal so that the electricity flows from the wet dynamo to the dryer and washers. Or it could also be due to careless users spilling a lot of water on the washing machine timer panel.
If the seal is leaking immediately replace it because if it is left it can be ascertained that the dynamo roll will be easy to short. If the leaky seal or gearbox has been replaced, then the dynamo is dried but still yetrum too, meaning that the contact body has already occurred from the dynamo winding on the cool corroded / rusty. Can be overcome by giving ground or ground to earth on the body dynamo and washing machine or rewinding the dynamo.
When replacing the seal, apply the seal and axles with enough grease / grease.

* ROUND OF WEAK WASHING MACHINE
=> Check vanbelt, if it's loose, adjust it by shifting the dynamo distance or making a replacement if it's still loose. Replace vanbelt with the same type. Don't set vanbelt too tight because it will quickly damage the gearbox and dynamo. If you have trouble getting vanbelt with no. the same, you can try searching vanbelt to the auto parts store with a vanbelt example. The important circle and thickness are the same.
To check whether vanbelt tension is sufficient to be done with the road when turning off the fan rotation the roll does not feel too heavy when rotated by hand. Then test by turning on the washing machine. Hold the crushing fan with your hand as tight as possible when changing the direction of rotation. If the dynamo sounds just buzzing it means it's ok, but if the dynamo still sounds spinning, it means the vanbelt is still slipping or loose.
=> pulley fan or fan made of plastic wear and loses from the gearbox axle. This is marked by the frequent binding bolts on both parts that are loosened by itself ... => If all is ok. Check the capacity of the washing dynamo capasitor which normally ranges from 10-16 uf / 400VAC.

* WASHING MACHINES WILL NOT WANT TO SPEAK ONLY SOUND FLOPS FROM DINAMO
=> As stuck, clean the axles and boss then do lubrication.
=> Capasitor broken
=> Dynamo short or break on the starter part. Check the connection of all cables with the tester.
To overcome / check the short dynamo / break and how to roll it can be seen in the previous post.

* WASHING MACHINE WILL ONLY WANT TO PLAY ONE DIRECTION OR DO NOT WANT TO DEAD ON YOURSELF
=> The timer is broken or one of the cables from the timer to the capacitor breaks. Damage to the timer can also cause the dynamo not to turn on at all. Then check also the switch selector (if available) on the Drain, Normal and Gentle buttons.

* WATER IN NOT OWN / BOCOR
=> Rubber dump cover is blocked with dirt, can be metal money, safety pins or other.
=> Rubber water drain cover is rigid / not elastic or can be torn off.
=> per spiral rubber suppressor is broken.

* WATER IN THE BAK DOES NOT WANT TO BE DONE
=> Rope or pull lever on the drain button is broken / broken. Or the button itself is broken.
=> Drains clogged with dirt or coins that accumulate and cannot escape disposal.

2.      1 TUBE WASHING MACHINE (FULL AUTOMATIC)

Not far from the 2 tube washing machine and the handling method. Especially if there is damage to the dynamo and leakage problems. It's just that on the machine 1 tube washer and dryer is located in one place, so the dynamo motor is used only one.

In addition, this machine can work fully automatically in all parts. So during operation you only need to put in clothes and soap to taste. Then by pressing the start button the engine will work automatically starting from filling the water, washing, rinsing and drying. Even for the new type, the memory system has been legalized where you can set what time the machine starts working. Suppose you set it at dawn, then when you wake up in the morning you just hang your clothes so that you save time. But for full automatic processes, the water requirements of the tap that must always be an obligation. Therefore, some housewives consider this washing machine to be wasteful of water and soap. This type of machine will not start washing if the tub is not filled with water to its water level. For testing without water, remove the water level hose from the tube and blow it with your mouth as hard as you can. If there is no problem with the automatic water level, the machine will spin even though there is no water during the washing process.

For the operating system, the current type uses a digital system. Which of course uses electronic circuit modules with program IC circuits, transistors and triacs as the final electrical switch. It's a bit troublesome if there is damage to this part. But for those who have been in the electronic world, it is not too difficult to handle it. It's just that the availability of spare parts on the market is often an obstacle so you have to improvise to overcome them. While in SC sold a set of modules which of course the price is quite expensive. Or you can use a universal module (made in China) even though it's a bit inconvenient. But to be honest I did not recommend this last.

Because this washing machine works full automatic. If damage occurs, it is as good as localized the problem first. On the electrical, mechanical or dynamical system. Test semi-automatic. The rest is damage to the washing machine 1 tube and the repair is the same as the 2-tube engine. Only in electrical systems are we required to be more careful in checking and repairing them.
