Repair Sharp Washing Machine Module

Sharp washer machines are often the most damaged in the system module. Actually this repair is rarely done by washing machine technicians because it takes a long time. Most washing machine technicians do not want to bother if it turns out the damage is the module. Do not think long and replace it with new modules that cost expensive for the original and with a solution to replace it with a cheaper china module. It was adjusted to the owner's own washing machine finances.

These improvements I actually do because of my financial terms, and I also do not recommend to the washing machine technicians to fix the module itself because it takes a long time and customer satisfaction is reduced to our old service.

For the remedial step is to remove all existing silicone cover on the washing machine module. Clean until clean by using a screwdriver minus or cutter. and the earliest check is the fuse and output output voltage on each elco foot.

As the case that much I experienced was damage to the transformer. because if the measured voltage is not visible. As the following picture explanation.

Release the transformer and measure with multimeter. The primary and secondary windings. If the break can be trafonya damaged. The most damage is the breaking of the fuse and the transformer. If no fuse can also resistor measuring 4.7ohm s.d. 47ohm that connects to the primary winding. 

Other damages for example if the coil does not rotate even though the servo motor is still good are two TRIACs as an example of the size of BCR8PM as well as a 2n2nF / 1KV tantalum capacitor.

And other damage can you develop your measurement by checking other components such as zener diodes, elco bloated and SMD components. Like any other experience I've ever experienced is a sharp protect module. If the first turn on okay then protect the alarm, this case including cases that make me stressful.
