How the Top Loading Washing Machine Works

Named the top loading washing machine because of the inclusion of laundry from above. The way it works is by turning the laundry, water and detergent to the right and to the left using a propeller (pulsator) located at the bottom of the tube, while the tube wall does not move. In certain types of washing machines, the tube wall also moves opposite the pulsator rotation during the washing process so that it is expected to produce a more effective washing process. During drying (actually squeeze), the pulsator and tube lock and rotate together - with a high rotation speed so that the water is separated from the laundry.
                The washing machine is full automatic, meaning that all washing processes are carried out by the washing machine itself without our intervention, so we can do other work. This is possible because of the control module (controller) and several sensors, namely the water level sensor, door sensor, inlet valve, drain valve, clutch and motor. Connected with a safety sw that serves as a safety when the door is open. Water level sensors function to detect water levels according to the laundry load. Electronic controller.
Dari modul controller ini semua proses pencuci-an dikendalikan. Mulai dari perintah mendeteksi jumlah cucian, jumlah air yang diperlukan, lamanya proses mencuci, jumlah pembilasan, serta proses pengeringan (spin). Inlet Valve
The inlet valve functions as a faucet that regulates the entry of water. The inlet valve is a selenoid that moves the valve to clog or pass the water that enters the washing machine. The operating voltage is usually 110V or 220V.











Drain Motor
Serves to open the water discharge tap while changing the clutch lever so that the washing tube locks with the pulsator for the drying process. The working voltage is 110V / 220V.











Pressure switch
It functions to detect water level through the pressure of the water entering through the pipe and converted into a frequency and sent by the controller module. The working voltage is 12V












Clutch
This tool makes the washing machine 1 tube function as a washing tube or dryer (spin).
