Front Loading Washing Machine Maintenance

Residues and dirt attached to the washing machine tube are often a serious problem in the laundry business. Residues or crusts attached to the washing machine can cause clothing to become contaminated by sticking the crust on clothes that will later be difficult to clean.
The residue can also cause damage to the washing machine by causing rust to peel off the iron layer on the washing machine tube. This residue can be caused by improper use of chemical laundry (from the type of detergent can also be used, detergent which the filling material can cause corrosive) and lack of routine cleaning in the washing machine.
Then how do you deal with the crusty / clean washing machine?
The right way is to do cleaning steps on your washing machine. This cleaning can be done repeatedly (min 2 months to 4 months), depending on the condition of your washing machine. The more often you use a washing machine, the washing machine will be faster to clean. Before cleaning the washing machine, first turn off the power line (remove the socket) so that when you touch a particular part of the washing machine, you will not be electrocuted. As for how to clean the washing machine components are as follows:
1. Clean the washing machine drawer
Look in the drawer, there is a key when pressed and then pull the drawer off
     from the washing machine body
Clean detergent marks or softener attached to ordinary laundry detergents
(recommended detergent liquid), brush thoroughly using a toothbrush.
After that, rinse with clean water manually and wipe the drawer dry.
2. Cleaning rubber doors / gaskets

Usually in this section will appear dirt in the form of moss / blackish stain.
Clean with detergent using a toothbrush, then brush and rinse with clean water. If
dirt is still difficult to clean, please add 20ML of bleach to 250ML of water on
detergent (use gloves if your hands are sensitive). Brush using a toothbrush,
then rinse thoroughly and wipe the rubber part dry. Leave the washing machine door
open, until the rubber on the door is completely dry.
3. Clean the washing machine tube
This is where the residue / crust is, where the cleaning steps are
     as follows :
     - Plug in an electrical outlet. Prepare the washing machine with a washing temperature of min. 600C (water
warm) if your washing machine has a water heater. If you don't have it, please
close the inlet and enter warm water into the washing machine until it reaches 1/2
tube capacity (drain the water into the drawer where the water flows in).
     - Enter clothes bleach as much as ½-1 liter (depending on the capacity of the washing machine), pour it into
in a detergent box. The whitening function is a cleaning and disinfectant for
kill bacteria. If the washing machine isn't too dirty, just use laundry detergent
        liquid (re-cleaning every month).
      - Press the START button with the MIN washing time. 30 minutes (with a washing machine note
         empty).
      - After washing is complete, reopen the water inlet and then fill up to ½ tube and
rinse the washing machine with a washing time of 20 minutes to remove the remaining dirt
left behind. When finished, allow the washing machine door to open to dry.
4. Add drainage and filter (drainage filter)
     - Electricity must be turned off (the socket is not connected to electricity).
     - Remove the water manually by opening the cover at the drain hose.
     - Clean the inside using a cloth / sponge and detergent mixed with water
warm then rinse with clean water.
     - Clean also in the filter section (drainage filter) usually there are coins or
objects left in the pocket of clothes during the washing process.
     - If it feels sufficient, return the position as usual and make sure all components have been
closed again as it came from.

Thus tips and steps in cleaning the washing machine components. With proper and routine maintenance, you can save your customer's washing machine and clothes from residue.
