Overcoming Noise in the Washing Machine

Posted by

Have you ever found Mother's washing machine making noises in the middle of the washing process? This indeed often raises concerns that there is a damaged part of the washing machine. Unusual noises from washing machines can arise due to various things. Before hastily calling for repair reparations, there are some easy steps that you can do first to find the cause of the noise.
  1. Make sure the machine is off and the cable is removed from the socket before you check the machine. If the machine is still working, follow the instructions on the washing machine manual to stop the engine and empty the water inside.
  2. Check if there are objects, especially metal objects in the tube. Generally things that forget your mother remove from the clothes bag into the tube and cause noise.
  3. Check the rubber around the hole of the washing machine door, especially if you use a front opening washing machine. Often noise is generated from small objects such as coins that are tucked between the rubber.
  4. Check the engine filter. Again, objects that accidentally washed can enter the filter of the washing machine and cause sounds.
  5. If you still can't find the cause of the noise in the washing machine, then it's time to call the repairman. Sounds can be caused by broken parts of the machine, or small objects that have been tucked in have entered the anti-casing and washing machine body. Small objects that seem trivial can be a source of damage to your washing machine, so you should immediately remove them.
Considering the objects that come into the machine with the laundry are often the main cause of sound when the washing machine operates, so you should always remember to check and empty the bag in the clothes before putting it in the machine.
