The 2-tube washing machine is a washing machine and a separate dryer in a tube and mechanical system. Damages that often occur in washers include:
- Broken Belt V
V belt is a ring-shaped rubber that functions to connect the rotor to the gearbox so that the rotation produced by the motor can rotate the gearbox in the washing tube section. - Motor Wash Burns
The wash motor is a capacitor motor that has an auxiliary winding and the same main winding, this is because the motor wash must be able to reverse the rotation so that the auxiliary windings can be the main winding and the main winding can be auxiliary windings. The cause of the damage that often arises on the motor wash coil is due to the age factor of the motor that has been long enough. - Weak capacitors
Capacitors are very important components in motors, capacitors have a function to make phase difference between the main winding and auxiliary windings so that the rotor motor wash has a rotation direction. Therefore if the capacitor is weak or dead, the motor rotor wash cannot rotate. If left unchecked, it will cause the wash motorbike to burn. - Water Leakage Valve
In normal conditions the valve serves to hold water when washing, but if the valve is damaged, the water will flow when washing. The cause of the valve being leaked includes the rubber valve being torn, the rubber valve is worn out, the spring valve is broken due to rusting.
