• V belt This tool is used to connect the wash motor with a spin motor. The damage that often occurs in this tool is loose because it has been consumed by age and often used by a washing machine, if it is loosened the washing machine rotation will decrease and become less tight again. To overcome this we can do several things, namely:
  • Set the v belt firmness by loosening the bolt on the motor wash then changing the position of the motor wash until the v belt becomes tight again.
  • Replace the old v belt with a new v belt.

This tool often experiences some damage, including:
  • Corrosion occurs on two interrelated plates which causes 220VAC current to not flow, damage to this causes the washing machine to experience DE error (door error) this causes the washing machine to not work, this damage can be overcome by connecting directly to the two cable attached to this device so if we open the washing machine the washing machine will keep spinning.
  • In some brands of single tube washing machines (top loading) the switch door is equipped with an unbalance sensor which is useful for spinning when the clothes cannot be arranged neatly.
