AW8800 Washing Machine Damage Code, AW8900 type

For AW8800, AW8900, AW1100, AW1200 models and the like have clues when the engine has problems. Usually accompanied too

with a beeper that sounds. Here are some symptoms that may appear on the washing machine display.

Indicator: E 1

• Error symptoms:

Errors in drainage.

• Cause:

Incorrect drainage hose, such as a hose height of more than 15 cm, an additional hose length of up to 3 m, and a discharge end that goes directly to a pool of water.

• Solution:

Check drain valve, cable from drain valve to timer program, water level sensor, and water level hose. Change the Drain valve, timer program, water level, and water level hose.

Indicator: E 2

• Error symptoms:

Error closing door (lid)

• Cause:

The door is not closed or the door switch is depressed.

• Solution:

Check Lid Switch, socket, cable and timer program. Change Lid Switch and timer program.

Indicator: E 3, E3 -1, E3 -2

• Error symptoms:

Error because the tube is not balanced

• Cause:

Clothes are not evenly distributed, there is still water in the tube (check the drainage section).

• Solution:

Align the condition of clothing.

Indicator: E 5

• Error symptoms:

Water supply error (water supply)

• Cause:

Water that has too little pressure or a filter that is clogged with dirt.

• Solution:

Clean the filter and check the water pressure. Change the water intake.

Indicators: E 7, E7 -1, E7 -2, E7 -3, E7-4

• Error symptoms:

Abnormal motor rotation error

• Cause:

: E7 -1 (motor does not rotate normally during wash)

: E7 -2 (the motor doesn't turn back during wash)

: E7 -3 (the motor does not spin when spinning)

: E7 -4 (the motor does not spin during spin or wash)

The motor is stuck by the brakes or the motor doesn't rotate freely

• Solution:

Check the brake settings, check Revolution sensor, check the Motor, and check the cable to the motor. Change the timer, motorbike, sensor revolution program.

Indicator: E 9

• Error symptoms:

Error frequency of water level sensor or error due to leaky drain valve.

• Cause:

This error code will appear if water starts to shrink during wash and rinse due to a leaky part.

• Solution:

Check the water level sensor, water level hose, check leakage from the tube or from the drain valve, and check the timer program cable. Change the water level sensor, drain valve, and timer program.

Eb indicator

• Error symptoms:

This error will be displayed if the power relay does not turn off when auto power OFF.

• Cause:

Failure when Auto OFF / damage to the power relay circuit

• Solution:

Connect the power cable and press the on button again. (Don't press the start button.) If "Eb" will appear after 10 seconds replace the Program timer.
