How to Clean a Full Automatic Washing Machine Inlet Filter

Posted by

At certain times we must have experienced washing, water cannot enter the washing machine tube. Often we have complained and blame the washing machine is broken, especially the laundry is piling up. Then we are confused looking for a service worker. Though maybe the problem is simple. Maybe the tips below can help you deal with the problematic washing machine before you call the repair officer.

The problem of water that cannot enter the washing machine tube is usually caused by several things, namely:
  1. Less water pressure. Try checking, is your tap water pressure high enough? if it's just flowing, it's natural not to be able to enter the washing machine.
  2. The inlet filter (water input filter) is dirty. Now for the second one we will explain below.
  3. The valentine inlet doesn't work. Now if this is the case, you must call a technician to fix it.
To clean the Inlet Filter, follow these steps:

Close the water tap, then loosen the inlet hose by turning it to the left (counterclockwise).

Turn it to the left until the inlet hose is released. Now the filter has seen the inlet.

Pull it using a pliers with it slightly rotated left and right.

Once drawn, it will look like this.

After that, wash the filter using a small brush and water until clean.

Then reinstall as before. Now you can use your favorite washing machine again. Hopefully these simple tips are useful.
