Function - Function of Semi Automatic Washing Machine

In a semi-automatic washing machine, the control panel has the following functions:

1. Wash Timer
      Function to carry out laundry,
Activated by the "wash timer" switch

2.
Wash Program

      Selection of pencucican mode:
       a. Soft
When the water turns back and forth faster
       b, Normal
Turn the water back and forth in the tub longer than the "Soft" mode
       c. Drain
The function of opening the drainage channel, to dry the washing tub.

Activated by the switch: "drain switch"

3. Spin Timer
The function of drying clothes has been washed and rinsed, the juice will come out through the exhaust channel.

Activated by the "Spin Timer" switch.

Parts - Automatic Washing Machine Parts
Automatic washing machines have the following parts:

1. Leveling Feet

The feet that can be set height for the balance of the washing machine, so that the washing machine can work properly, and eliminate loud vibrations.

2. Control Panel and Electronic Controller

A place for washing machine working buttons, behind it is a PCB, which consists of electronic circuits designed to work automatically.

3. Water intake hose
The water intake hose is the place where water enters the washing machine, which is then filtered by a filter filter. Water intake is controlled by an inlet selenoide valve.

4. Drum
Place clothes washed, rinsed and dried

5. Agitator
This tool makes the water spin so that it can wash clothes.

6. Drainage hose Water discharge is also controlled by solenoid Valve
7. Motor Washing Machine Motor to move the agitator and drum, through the clutch with a "belt" connected

8. Clutch
Channel rotation of the motor to function as a function: wash or spin.

9. Drain Pump and motorbike
Pump to remove water in the washing machine tube.

10. Water level detection switch
Switch below to measure the water level in the washing machine tube.

11. Door Lock Switch
Safety switch, where when the washing machine is open the washing machine function will not work.

Semi Automatic Washing Machine Parts
The following are the components of the semi-automatic washing machine and its functions.
       1. Motor
Serves to drive washers and dryers pulsators.

Washing machines often do not work because of cable break-up to the motorbike, usually cables that break because they are bitten by mice or it can be due to excessive heat due to large currents so the cable is burned. Excessive heat also causes the coil to break / coil in the motor so that the motor must be replaced with a new coil.
So that the washing machine motor is durable then it's good, wash clothes half of its capacity. Cleanses dirt that may be carried by mice in the body of the washing machine, and closes the holes in the body of the washing machine so that it cannot be entered by mice.

2. Gear Box:
The part that moves the pulsator, this part is often worn out because of the excessive load. This gear box material is made of plastic, so that excessive heat can damage the gear. The gear box is connected to the motor through the fan strap. The end of the axle is connected to the pulsator.

      3. Fan strap:
Connect the washing motor to the pulsator, the drying motor with the dryer tube.
The fan strap will usually break if the installation is not flashlight, or right .. Even if the installation is not right it will burden the motor to move the pulsator.

The fan strap that doesn't fit the length will cause the washing power to decrease. If it is extended, the fan strap is loose and the water rotation is weak, if it is short, the fan strap is very tight and causes the motor to rotate too heavily, become hot and cause gearbox wear.

4. Pulsator
Is a blade that can move back and forth, serves to create a whirlpool that will wash and rinse clothes. The pulsator will quickly break down if it always gets an excessive load. another. Especially if in the washing machine tube there are objects such as pins, bolts, coins, keys or other hard and sharp objects.

         5. Washing tube
Is a place of dirty clothes that will be washed or dried

       6. Lid switch
Function to control whether the washing machine lid is open or closed. If the washing machine lid is open then the washing machine cannot operate, this switch functions as a safety
      7. Control and Monitor
Is the brain of a washing machine.

    8. Hose enters water
The hose for entering water in the washing machine tube is done manually.
    9. Water drain hose
Is a drain from the washed water, a semi-automatic hose that is opened and closed by rubber, dirt or a small object such as a pin can interfere with the exhaust line.

    10. Capacitors:
Electronic components that are connected with washing motors and dryers
If the capacitor burns, it usually smells charred, will cause the motor to fail. Capacitor damage is also marked by the presence of a bell on the capacitor body.

Type of Washing Machine Based on Automatic Function
Washing machines can also be divided based on their automatistic function:
1. Semi-automatic

2. Full automatic

Types of Washing Machines Based on Number of Tubes
Based on the number of tubes the washing machine consists of:
1. One Tube

2. Two tubes
