Repair of Washing Machines Don't Want to Spin

In this post, I will discuss the problems that are often experienced by washing machines both washing machine 1 tube and washing machine 2 tubes, namely the washing machine does not want to spin. This incident often has no previous signs, often even when the washing machine does not want to spin but stays on or is turned on then what happens is the motor burns.

Some of the problems that I will convey are beyond the problem of cable breakdown, meaning that all cable lines are still in good condition as well as the timer conditions of the washing machine itself. The following are some possible damage when the Washer or Milling machine does not rotate.

1. Washing machine capacitors are damaged, damaged here means that the capacitor can dry or leak or even explode. It is also possible that the physical condition of the washing machine capacitor is still good, but actually the capacitor is damaged.
2. As it drags, apparently this case doesn't only happen to the fan, the washing machine also has the same problem. This is usually because the lubricant is dry so it causes the As to not spin. To check it you first release the V belt then you turn the pulley attached to the As motor, if it is heavy then it is likely that the axle is dirty.
3. Boss As or As wear, If the As or As Boss is worn then when it is turned on the engine / motorbike will buzz very loudly, for the next As boss over checking is the way you first release the V belt then you move the As left and right when rocking that means the boss or As is indeed Aus. What's more difficult is checking the boss as or the bottom AS, there is no other way except to have the motorbike dismantled first.
4. Wet Motor, Usually this is because the Sil or As Gear Box wears out so that water from above will gradually flow down then when the engine is turned on the water will squeeze and wet the motor and its coil, then it will cause the coil to be short. For checking you can immediately see the condition of the motorbike, if it is wet it means it must be dried first.
5. Short circuit coils, if all of the above causes are not found then this is the last and worst possibility that the coil is too short or even burnt. For checking, you must use a separate tool, amperage pliers or ampere meters. if the measurement results are more than 0.6 Ampere when without load, it can be ascertained that the motor has been damaged, please re-roll it or buy a new turning machine.
