A common disease in washing machines (2-tube washing machine) is that the washing machine or dryer is slow or not spinning at all. Common damage is that the capacitor is weak or damaged, if the motor can be turned by hand if it is hard, the checking process is hard.
Open the back of the washing machine, the capacitor will appear. For washing machines 2 tubes are usually the washing dynamo motor and dryer in one part of the capacitor but in fact that 2 capacitors are made together seen from the cable they have 2 pairs. For the case I experienced the washing machine was unable to spin if there was a load (filled with water). It's obvious the problem is that the capacitors are already weak. Look for cable parts for the washing motor part capacitors, for the size can be seen on the damaged capacitor, for my case 10uF (washing machine) and 5uF
