Repair 2 tube washing machine, pulsator does not rotate

One of the damage to the two tube washing machine is that the Pulsator does not rotate on the washing tube even though the washing motor rotates normally, this can be influenced by several factors, including:

• The rubber / Vbelt strap connects the washing motor to the loose gearbox.
• Teeth on the inside of the gearbox or pulsator axles have worn out or fallen out.

How to fix a loose Vbelt:

1. Bring the washing machine to a rather spacious place and enough light to make it easier to repair.
2. Put the washing machine on the floor with the front of the washing machine on the floor while the back side is on top.
3. open the cover that is behind the washing machine's body then look at the position of the rubber strap / Vbelt whether tight or loose, to make sure it tries to turn on the washing machine for a while, if the motor rotation is normal but the gearbox round is unstable or even does not rotate at all this indicates that the rubber strap / Vbelt is loose.
4. Loosen the third baud (generally measuring 10/12) which serves to attach the washing motor to the body of the washing machine then pull and hold the motor body away from the gearbox (can be seen by changing the baud location) then tighten the third baud so that the motor position is no longer attracted to original position.
5. To test the tightness of the rubber strap / Vbelt, start the engine for a while, if the gearbox and pulsator rotation are normal, the rubber / Vbelt strap is no longer loose.
6. If the motor position is broken but the rubber / Vbelt is still loose, then the rope / Vbelt must be replaced new, replace the rubber / Vbelt strap according to its size, bring a rubber strap / Vbelt when you will buy a new one because there are various shapes and sizes on the market, sometimes the size that is written on the edge of the rubber strap / Vbelt is different from the physical size, for example I have bought just by remembering the size of the number written on the rubber / Vbelt strap that has been loosened after I brought it home it turns out that the physical size the new one is smaller so it cannot be installed on the washing motor and gearbox even though the washing motor holder has been set.
7. If the rubber strap / Vbelt replacement has been obtained, install it as in the previous position, to adjust the position of the washing motor by changing the third position of the baud.

How to open and replace gearboxes and pulsators:
"The loss of teeth in the pulsator axle or gearbox can be seen from the signs in the form of pulsator rotation while the washing motor and gearbox rotate normally."

1. Remove the lower body of the cici machine with the upper body by opening the entire screw from the bottom of the washing machine.
2. Remove the rubber / Vbelt strap connecting the washing motor to the gearbox
3. Open the baud gearbox fasteners with the washing machine body.
4. Remove / remove the gearbox from the washing machine body.
5. Remove the pulsator by opening the hidden baud inside the cover that is located in the middle of the pulsator, the way to open the lid is by prying it out using a magic screwdriver,
6. pay attention to the shape of the pulsator gear when it has fallen out, this axle must be replaced, if it is still good then the falling teeth are located in the gearbox ..
7. If the gear in the gearbox falls out, replace the gearbox with a new one.
